Lithium bromide absorption chiller powered by hot water coming from melt cooling
Cooling capacity: 1500 kW
The thermal recovery of the heat as hot water, coming from the metal working, allows to power an absorption chiller of high capacity (1.5 MW), producing cold water at about 6,6°C practically FREE.
The cold water is used for the cooling of the transport systems of incandescent metals and for the air conditioning of the electrical stations located in the company.
The absorption chiller is configured for an outdoor installation, designed, assembled, tested in the factory and installed in the technical room specifically conceived for that purpose.
The product was supplied complete with its own complementary elements - such as pumps, cooling tower, three-way valve, softener, filters, PLC control panel, inverter, remote management - for a suitable integration to the existing plumbing and electrical system.
