The national research project S.C.E.R. was implemented as part of a tender promoted by the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea.
It consists in the development, realisation and monitoring of prototype air conditioning installations in the commercial, artisan and industrial area of Sant’Andrea delle Fratte, one of the most important centres of entrepreneurship of Perugia and of Umbria where particularly energy-intensive activities operate.
The new proposed installations are completely based on renewable energy sources capable of making the buildings where they are installed energetically autonomous.
