Service Assistance for Broad Absorption Chillers

We constantly make training courses for our technicians in order to operate with one of the most efficiency service net in the market for heating and air-conditioning.

Our company offers technical services for all type of heating and absorption systems and guarantees quality of the service and performance.


Service’s characteristics


  • checkSERVICES: assistance service in 24-48h according to the gravity of the problem. The service is made by us directly or by our assistance centre located in Italy.

  • checkTELEMATIC CONTROL: We provide our customers with this service in order to make a daily monitor of absorption chillers. In case of alarms/malfunctions we can identify it and get in touch with the customer and/or maintainer of the installation in order to avoid additional costs for the final customer.

  • checkMAINTENANCE CONTRACTS : We provide our customers with this service in order to make a daily maintenance of the absorption chillers for their correct functioning (according to the model, we decide how many services we have to carry out per year).
    The operations made by our technicians are the following:
    1. check of the vacuum valve and caps
    2. check of the auto purge system functioning
    3. check of the vacuum
    4. check of the state of solution
    5. check of the state of solution and regeneration of the standards, visual check of density and clearness and add of additives.
    6. check of water pressure in the installation, water tower and pressure gauge.
    7. check of the probe: visualisation of temperature, calibration with touch screen
    8. check water flow switches B1, B2, B3 9.
    9. check water tower flow
    10. check probe HSG
    11. refrigerant level probe: check trough a sensor if the level is correct
    12. check temperature probe: water tower, crystallization LTG, fumes and environment
    13. Take a sample of solution, completely dilute and correction of it according the chemical analysis
    14. check and maintenance of inverter
    15. Remove the caps and the filters in order to carried out the cleaning of the equipment.
    16. Check up of the main electrical and electronical components
    17. vacuum of non-condensable gas and Main Shell (principal circuit)
    18. Filter clean

  • checkOUR AVAILABILITY: since 2010 we have provided our customers with a telephone number for emergencies. It can be used only by clients that stipulate a maintenance contract with Systema. Our technicians are available 24h/24h in case of emergencies.

  • checkSPARE PARTS: our store has a wide range of original spare parts BROAD.

  • checkBROAD TRAINING COURSES: every year our company organizes training courses for the new and existing technical centres. Further more our technicians attend technical trainings in Broad Company in China.
