Companies and industries in the agricultural sector are intensifying their animal breeding in order to produce more natural products such as eggs, meat and milk with higher and higher quality.
In order to achieve these ambitious results animals should live in the right environment which means having adequate temperatures and correct air changes. Not easy, isn’t it? Now your task to let animals grow better is easier thanks to specific radiant appliances.

INFRA MC RADIANT SYSTEMS

  • 9, 12 or 18 metres long
  • two or more gas burners in series in the radiant system
  • every burner is controlled independently with a globe probe at the animal height
  • three-phases exhaust fan downstream the radiant tube
  • outdoor suction and discharge
  • aluminized stainless steel radiant tube
  • stainless steel AISI 430 reflectors
  • supporting brackets and accessories in stainless steel
  • electrical lifting device (optional) if required in the breeding
  • height from the ground: from 1,5 up to 3 metres

INFRA MC – A SERIES

  • used for the heating of animals kept free on the ground; temperature: 35/40°C
  • apt for turkeys, guinea-hens and all those species which are difficult to house

INFRA MC – B SERIES

  • used for the heating of animals kept free on the ground; temperature: 30/40°C
  • heating at high temperatures from the first day of life for what battery chickens are concerned and for other species without housing difficulties

INFRA MC – C SERIES

  • used for the heating of animals kept free on the ground; temperature: 20/25°C non uniform
  • low temperatures heating for animals of all kinds

INFRA MC HEATING SYSTEMS FOR QUAILS BREEDING

Being wild animals, quails need diversified attentions.
The radiant system MC assures:
  • low initial mortality and better health of animals all cycle long
  • better growth quality
  • no “breast-bone swelling” on the animals unlike animals of battery breeding or in cages
  • better meat quality
  • increased optimal yield after slaughtering and decrease of the waste
  • reduced work by the breeder, since the system is tested and reliable even in the worst winter conditions

GEN 80

INFRA MC can be combined with GEN 80, a hot air generator developed by Systema S.p.A..
The technical features of GEN 80 are:
  • thermal nominal power 70 kW
  • stainless steel cover
  • easy installation both indoor and outdoor
  • 100% efficiency
The combination of radiant tubes MC and hot air generators GEN 80 allows breeders to save up to 40% on fuel in comparison to traditional heating systems for breeding applications.
